Bankruptcy

As a debt relief agency, we help people obtain relief under the United States Bankruptcy Code, specifically under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13.  Because few people really want to file bankruptcy, we will first thoroughly assess your financial situation and determine whether you need to file a bankruptcy, and, if so, what type.  We will then guide you through the process by helping you prepare the necessary paperwork and by reprsenting you in court proceedings.  One of our attorneys will personally interview you about your financial situation and personally oversee all aspects of your case.
