Joseph K. Wiley was born in Huntington, Indiana. After graduating cum laude from Indiana University School of Law in 1979, he joined the firm and became a partner in 1983. He was named Chief of the Flint Springs Tribe in 1997. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Huntington County Child Advocacy Center and the Huntington University Foundation. Mr. Wiley is counsel for the Huntington County Community School Corporation. He is a member of Huntington County (past President) and Indiana State (Family Law Section) Bar Associations. His areas of practice consist of estate planning, wills, and trusts, estate litigation, family law, collections / creditor rights, guardianships, adoption, taxation, and business law.
