Joseph K. Wiley was born in Huntington, Indiana. After graduating cum laude from Indiana University School of Law in 1979, he joined the firm and became a partner in 1983.  He presently serves on the Board of Directors of the Huntington County 4-H Fair Association and Huntington County United Economic Development. He was named Chief of the Flint Springs Tribe in 1997.  Mr. Wiley is counsel for the Huntington County Community School Corporation. He is a member of Huntington County (past President) and Indiana State (Family Law Section), and American Bar Associations. His areas of practice consist of domestic relations, school law, criminal defense, taxation, and business law.
