We strive to handle all forms of estate administration as efficiently and effectively as the law will permit.  Over the years, the laws have changed so that probate proceedings can be completed in a minimal amount of time at a reduced cost to the heirs.  We handle all aspects of estate settlement, including the preparation and filing of all federal and state tax returns.  We try to maintain good communications with all of the heirs and try to keep them posted as to development of the estate procedure involving them.
